Happy New Year everyone!

We hope you had a wonderful festival break and have made some resolutions for 2022. Make sure you read our blog about technology resolutions.

Are you thinking of a change in 2022? Would you like to join a fabulous team making a different to individuals within education. If you have an interest in technology and working with students of all levels and abilities, then please see our vacancies. 

Congratulations to our Christmas competition winner 'Linden Lodge' whose students can enjoy the Logitech G Adaptive Gaming Kit. Finally, read about Communication Works South & North and you can register for both events in February 2022. We will also be sharing a Communication Works toolkit so you can help us spread the word and #GetSeen.

Communication Works Live 2022 #GetSeen

CENMAC’s annual event allows attendees the opportunity to see first-hand a range of assistive and accessible technology, communication tools, digital strategies and person-centred approaches.

We invite new and established innovators to Communication Works which includes a diverse selection of AT and AAC companies for those in mainstream education and SEND (including those with physical difficulties, vision and/or hearing impairments, dyslexia, communications needs, or requiring curriculum support).  

This year we are collaborating with The Ace Centre in Manchester, so we will hold two events in the South (19 May) and North (26 May). So, join us to support getting more people to #GetSeen

This month we would like to nominate Danny here at Charlton Park Academy.
He has joined the chat group with Abdi with real enthusiasm. During the first few weeks of sessions, we have had to extend his vocabulary to keep up with his participation. Danny is becoming a fantastic role model for others in this group. Well done Danny!
