Food news of the week:
I was recommended Whitfield St Bakery's croissants and now there's no turning back. I usually use the plain croissant as a gauge for quality, and this one was right on the money- flaky, delicate and mildly sweet after just a few turns of the jaw. They have a great speculoos and savoury option as well. Highly recommend. Sourbombe doughnuts also come to mind as a particularly memorable food exprr, and you must get the cheese-filled one!

Came across the Einstellung effect in a youtube video the other day and it made me reframe the definition of smart. I guess wisdom and intelligence are two different statistics altogether.
