PRESCHOOL HEALTH NOTICE

In an effort to keep our Leman Preschool Community healthy and happy please adhere to the following:

WHEN SHOULD I KEEP MY CHILD HOME?

Anytime you think that your child may be sick, no matter how minor. Keep them home. This includes cough and runny nose.
The first 24 hours of antibiotic treatment for a bacterial infection (i.e. strep throat, pink eye, etc)
Undiagnosed, new, and/or untreated rash or skin condition
Doctor’s note requiring an individualized plan of care to stay home

If your child, or someone in your household, or someone else in close contact with your child, has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or thinks that they may have COVID-19 symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing (Click here for full list of COVID-19 symptoms)

Please notify the Preschool Office for any COVID exposures in your family, and before sending them back to school.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?

Check your child's temperature every morning before coming to school.
Practice good handwashing and coughing or sneezing into the elbow.

And finally, please let the school know when your child is sick, and what the symptoms are (for instance, headache, stomachache, fever, sore throat, runny nose, pink eye, strep throat). We need the information so that we can identify community trends. Please be assured that we keep this information confidential.

Friendly reminder to please sign your scholar in and out from preschool using the Procare app or kiosk. Thank you in advance!

Please ensure your scholar has a weather appropriate change of clothes which includes the following:
Shirt
Bottoms
Underwear
Socks
Shoes
Sweater
All items will remain in your scholar's cubby.

Supply List

Preschoolers are not required to wear uniforms. We ask that you dress your scholar in play clothing as it will get messy from time to time. Please have them wear safe shoes (no flip flops) for outside play!

Please be sure your information on file is up to date!!
Including current copies of immunization records!

Tuition will be billed Monday morning every week.
Tuition is based on contract schedule not on attendance.
Tuition is due in advance on the first day of attendance each week.
A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed to all accounts in arrears on Wednesday at noon. If the account is not made current by close of business on Friday, services will be suspended until the account is again brought to a $0.00 balance. At this time, enrollment will be reinstated (Additional fees may apply). A $30.00 fee will be applied to any returned check.
Payments can be made by check, money order, credit card, or cash in the Preschool office or online using MyProcare.
Auto-payment forms are available at the front desk if you would like us to run your credit card or banking account each week through Tuition Express.

1. Go to MyProcare.com
2. Enter your email address (the email you have on file with us)
and choose Go.
3. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a
password, and press Go .
Then you may:
a. View your child’s schedule, time card, and more.
b. Use the Pay button to make a payment with your card.
