I can hardly believe another year has come and (almost) gone. With New Year's just around the corner I find myself starting to make resolutions.

Then I started to think about how making resolutions are like a business plan. If it stays in my head, then I ususally don't do it. I need daily reminders, a written record. And not because I am past the 50 mark. As a self-employed individual I know me. I can go full throttle one week, and then laze around the couch with my bowl of bon-bons the next.

So this year, I am laying a plan. A daily work-out for my mind and body. First on my list? Make a List.
