A Message From Your WH Cornerstone Team

Hello Friend,

Happy New Year! We hope your year is off to a good start.

With 2022 just getting started, it's important to take the time to set goals for the year ahead. In this previous blog, we shared three things to focus on as you lay the groundwork for success and put an action plan in place to achieve your most important objectives. Remember, the new year is a fresh slate, but success doesn't happen over night. Take your goals one day at a time; It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Starting this year, we have added a section to our monthly newsletter that is focused on Paula's new book, Rise Up: A Widow's Journal. Paula wrote this book as a tool to help widows process their feelings and empower them with strength and courage along their grief journeys. Throughout the year, we will share thoughful prompts that correspond to one of the ten chapters for you to ponder, as well as inspiring quotes that are featured in the journal.

As a reminder, this month we will be hosting a Healing Through Connections Zoom webinar. No matter the loss that you have experienced, what will assist your healing is the connections you create. While the physical body of your loved one is no longer here, their energetic presence is. This is open to all who have experienced a loss. Join us as we partner with Cathleen Elle, an intuitive coach and healer, for the webinar on Thursday, January 27 from 6:00-7:15 pm EST. Click the button below to register!
