2022 CSA Share Registration Open Now!

Hello Stout Oak Farm Friends,

Our 2022 CSA Registration is now open. Read on for more about the CSA shares we're offering this year, how our CSA operates, and choose the share that is works for you!

We love growing your food!

What is CSA All About Anyway?

Stout Oak Farm CSA members are the heart of our farm community. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) creates a direct connection between you and our farm. CSA members make a commitment to the farm by purchasing a “share” of the harvest in advance of the growing season. In return, members receive a  “share” of the farm’s seasonal harvest — fresh, in-season, high quality, organic vegetables grown and harvested right here on our farm.

Summer-time veggies may feel far away on this cold day, but your farmers are already deep into seed ordering, mapping fields, and researching and implementing improvements in our Organic, soil-based, human-scale systems. Your upfront commitment provides our farm with the capital we need early in the year – to buy seeds and supplies, and get our fields planted in the spring.

Clean, healthy, organic food grown by farmers you know.

We are especially grateful for the connectedness that CSA provides. We love seeing you all at the farm every week during harvest season. We say hello, exchange a few words, (masked) smiles, maybe a little news, recipe ideas, catch you up on what is happening in the fields. You load up your bags full of food, and maybe we chat a little longer about whatever is on our minds. All of this adds up to an exchange of a bunch of good energy (and good food) - and that is the CSA magic.

The best part is that we get to do this with you all again and again every week.

If you’re thinking about joining a CSA this year, now is the time to sign up. We still have shares available and we hope you’ll join us!
