Do you set goals for the year ahead ? Do you keep a practice diary ? I find it a very positive thing to do both. It's useful to both push you and keep you focused.

The Drummers Complete Vocabulary . A great book that I keep returning to . Go through the rudiments practice your chops and look at different stickings then apply it all to your drum set.

Triplets with sticking variations to try out here. Play slowly to start keep all unaccented notes low and accented notes will pop out clear and relaxed .........ENJOY!!! and thanks. Chris X
