Yin Yoga Classes!
Yin yoga is a slower paced yoga practice. It focuses on the deep connective tissue, ligaments, joints and bones. Each pose is held anywhere between 3-5 minutes while being supported by various yoga props and different breathing exercises. You will leave class feeling more grounded and will have less overall tension throughout the body. Join Ireland Clouse one of our new instructors on Tuesdays at 5:15!
