Mercy Sports Medicine Wellness is welcoming 2022 with Proactive Health! We are launching one new program and one new class this month as well as continuing the ongoing classes from last year. Two amazing women were added to our staff  to better serve our community.

Succeed at 2022 Resolutions

Many of us have made New Year's resolutions time and time again. Some people are fantastic and stick with it! For those of us who have made them and haven't succeeded, there are some secrets to take control of these resolutions. A lot of common resolutions involve health, weight loss, or strength gain. While our Mercy Sports Medicine team is here to help, there are plenty of additional resources to help conquer those hard goals and overcome challenges! Resolutions that Stick
Yin Yoga Classes!
Yin yoga is a slower paced yoga practice. It focuses on the deep connective tissue, ligaments, joints and bones. Each pose is held anywhere between 3-5 minutes while being supported by various yoga props and different breathing exercises. You will leave class feeling more grounded and will have less overall tension throughout the body. Join Ireland Clouse one of our new instructors on Tuesdays at 5:15!
