Project Updates

Miamiview Drive Project: The project is nearing completion, with all storm sewer components installed and crews close to replacing the new waterline. This project eliminated flooding concerns for the residents of Miamiview Drive and finally provided them with a cul-de-sac. Click here for more info.

Main & Chestnut Project: This large infrastructure project involving Main, South Wall, and Chestnut Streets began in October 2021. Over the holidays, the contractor wrapped up concrete work and demobilized for the winter. Work will resume in the spring with traffic signal improvements and roadway paving.

New Public Works Facility: DER Development began work in early January on the new Public Works building project with clearing, excavation, pavement demolition, and storm sewer installation.
