FREE YOGA CLASSES - Soothing & Rejuvenating

As a Thank You to our current students who shared their practice and hearts during the pandemic and have notified us you will be returning in January 2022, we have you scheduled for the free classes.
Those interested in trying FREE Gentle, Mindful, and Accessible Yoga at Bloom, please contact Cristal Lidwell for class availability as pre-registration is required for all classes.
Koelle and Tony look forward to continuing Mindfulness Meditation and Discussion hours on Sundays from 9am-10am. For those not familiar with the format, they begin with a 15-20 minute guided meditation, and then open to the group for discussion. All are welcome! Attendance is free, with a suggested $5 donation for local programs which support the community. Please RSVP to Koelle (814-937-8018) or Tony (814-935-1185). All covid precautions still apply.
