Greetings!
As the Magi follow the star, they find the Christ child, and return to their home sharing the good news of what God is doing! But, with the threat of violence from Herod, Jesus and his family also must flee to Egypt to seek safety. This event puts a complicated end to this Christmas season, and helps us to see that Jesus' life can be full of difficulty and struggle like ours.
To close out this Christmas season, you might want to look back at some of the incredible ways we have celebrated this season:
In-Person and Online Worship
Sunday worship is at 9am, 11am, and 5pm, and will be live streamed at 9am on YouTube and Facebook. Come and worship! The bulletin can be found here, or on the TLC app.
Gathering Safely
We have stopped our practice of signing up in advance, but will still have a sign-in sheet at our welcome table so check in there! Our COVID guidelines can be found here. With the recent variant spread, please be careful, especially if you aren't feeling well or have been near someone who tested positive. These help us as we follow Jesus' commandment to love our neighbor.
