New Year's Resolutions - Build Tiny Habits

A new year typically brings new goals. Conquer your goals by starting small and building tiny behaviors that then become habits. For example, rather than setting a goal of drinking more water, you could say you're going to drink a glass of water when you wake up in the morning. Then it's easy to reach your goal, and you can feed off your pattern of success.
