Dear readers,

The interregional learning phase of LC Districts project has come to an end. Its course was marked by the worldwide pandemic situation of covid-19. Most of the planned study visits had to take place online, and other dissemination meetings and events were also limited. For this reason, the project was extended by one semester.

At the end of 2021, anti-epidemic measures were slightly relaxed and we finally managed to meet in person, even twice. Following a vote by the consortium members, it was decided that the study visits would take place in the Italian region of Marche and the Swedish region of Smaland. Read how the visits went and watch a short video from the Italian organizers.

We are currently completing all project outputs, which will be freely downloadable on our website.

On behalf of the entire LC Districs project team, I would like to wish you all the best for the new year,

Soňa Nosková, CTU UCEEB
Project Communication Manager
