Integrative Therapy is a holistic or "whole" approach to mental wellness that includes a spiritual understanding of the mind as a dynamic part of the healing process. This form of therapy approaches each client with a sense of understanding, compassion, and guidance that facilitates the whole person (mind- body -spirit). There is no "one-size fits all" method in Integrative Therapy, but rather an individual and intuitively generated rapport that builds trust, awareness, purpose, and sustainable results for each client's mental & spiritual well-being.
