If the weather cooperates, Manure Day at the BigGarden is scheduled for January 8. We will gather at the West Campus at 1:30 pm on the 8th and travel to Bryan Welch’s farm, load up Bryan’s record-breaking manure, take it to the BigGarden and spread the manure on the raised beds, and let it mellow out until March.
