Hello Partners,
We finished 2021 with stellar results riding the wave of returns from equities helping us surpass a 30% annual return for the third year in a row. Original member funds invested in 2014 finished the year 2021 with growth in value of 200% over that time. The partnership asset valuation finished the year at over $1 million from a start in 2014 of $181,000.
Partnership returns exceeded those of our benchmark achieving our performance goals for 2021 AND, for the second year in a row, surpassing the benchmark for the 5-year average. This means a distribution to the general partner based on performance. We will send out an email in the coming weeks with those details.
