Encouragement. Today.

Despite everything I tried, I couldn't pick another thumbnail for this YouTube video. [eye roll. sigh.]
What is Positive Intelligence? It's video content, mindfulness, and human connection...all in one app. And, I'm convinced it's the future of learning and personal transformation. In three-and-a-half minutes, I will explain what to expect. Join me starting January 15!
Good morning!

Last I emailed, it was just before the holidays.

Then, the world rested.

I felt it.

The last two weeks it was as if we all took one collective breath.

In the last email I sent, I talked about "allowing". Well, for me... 2022 is starting by allowing an exploration of a dream.

My role leading employee experience came to an end and in December. And, at first, I didn't understand. I'll be honest: I was angry, sad, fearful and adrift. But as time passed, and as colleagues and friends reached out with words like "you're free to soar," "now you can finally do what you've always wanted to do," and "are you going to coach full-time?!", this has become one of the greatest gifts I've ever received.

It's time to give myself permission to pour listening & love, courage & clarity into the lives of others.

There are a bunch of new ways to engage...from free trial coaching sessions to transformational Positive Intelligence programs. It's statistically probable that each of you is looking to start 2022 with a renewed spirit and permission to focus your energy on a dream.

If you're like me, you're craving to fill your purpose to the edges.
I'm here to help.

If you haven't been to www.NobodyMakesItAlone.com, I have some new things there for you.  I hope we meet in one of these venues soon. And, until then, keep spreading your light and positive energy. Never forget you might be the vessel for the exact words someone needs to hear today.

Have a great day, light spreaders.

Horizons

I thought I was obsessed with sunrises.

The space where the day meets the night.

The canvas of opportunity.

Hope that awaits.

But I think I was mistaken.

I'm not obsessed with sunrises, in-between spaces, or pretty pastel skies.

I crave horizons.

Horizon is defined as "the limit of a person's mental perception, experience, or interest" or "the line at which the earth's surface and the sky appear to meet."

"Limits," you say?

"Appearances," you add?

So horizons are our own beliefs that substantiate false appearances?

But, we know better now, don't we?

Horizons are a beckoning call, a siren song, of something to come.

A thin, gossamer space, between the now and next.

There's no looking back on a horizon line.

Our eyes hold steady on the forward.

Captivated not captive.

And, as you breathe deep into this question, allow the horizon to answer you: What's over the earth's curve? On the other side of the line that hems us in and holds us back? Will you allow yourself to find out?
