Pastor Brent's message this past Sunday was based on the progression or steps found in the Old Testament of how the priests would enter the tabernacle to encounter the presence of God. It's a great analogy of how we should pray. If you weren't able to join us on Sunday, an audio of the teaching can be found on our website's media page. Many of you asked for the list of the progression:
1 - outer courts = gratitude
2 - altar = the cross
3 - laver - cleansing (asking forgiveness)
4 - candlestick = anointing of the Holy Spirit
5 - table of shewbread = the word of God
6 - altar of incense = worship
7 - ark of the covenant = prayer and intercession
