It has been a pleasure talking, discussing, collaborating, laughing, writing, searching and finding, looking, wandering, protesting, reading (aloud) and growing with you the past year!

Paul Steinmann and me designed the 360°-publication Who were we, you and I? for Junge Akademie der Künste, Berlin in the beginning of the year.

Caro Bräuer and Nannette Snoep invited me to design the campaign for the exhibition series COUNTER IMAGES | GEGENBILDER at Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum Cologne and I had the pleasure to collaborate with Martha Schwindling for the corresponding exhibition architecture and graphics. Join us for the official opening event on 21. January (hopefully IRL)!

Together with Judith Leijdekkers I continued the Teaching Design Conversations with like-minded design educators, researchers and activists supported by our first ever official funding by the Stimuleringsfonds. In our upcoming conversations we talk with Benedetta Crippa and Johanna Lewengard as well as Alice Wong and Simpson Tse, amongst others. Stay tuned for more!

What would a different kind of design university look like? Mara Recklies and me wondered in our paper which was presented at the design symposium Kompliz*innen at BURG Halle, Trouble Wednesday – Queer and Feminist Perspectives on Design at FH Potsdam and printed as essay in form Magazine.

I was honoured to be invited ATTENDING [TO] FUTURES Conference as with a keynote on facilitating and obstructing transformative teaching and learning experiences in design education.

Finally on 2. December about fifty students of the Estonian Academy of Arts announced A NEW CURRICULUM after a 3-part digital workshop I facilitated. Find out about their ideas here.
