Evi Rodemann is from Hamburg, Germany, and calls herself a “cheerleader for the next generation”. She is the Chair/CEO of LeadNow, an organization that focuses on equipping young leaders in Europe and beyond. On a global level, Evi invests in younger leaders within the Lausanne Movement. In our webinar, Evi will share about the topics young people deal with and how can we help them to come to a step closer to God.

Rania has been working with for the TWR Arabic Ministries department for more than 23 years. Living in the Middle East, Rania coordinates youth programs such as Ala’s Diary and Youth in Mind Syria and serves as project manager in the area of digital media for the Arabic Ministries. In addition, Rania is involved as a youth ministry leader in her local church.

Andy Fronius is a Gen Z & Marketing expert from Western Europe. He is the founder and director of Mr. Jugendarbeit (Mr. Youthworker), which is a ministry helping leaders on their path to better relationships with Gen Z research and insights.

Cecile Janiaud is a French native who joined TWR in 2021 as Ministry Director for Southern Europe as well as for Digital Media, after working for 14 years in the secular business world. She is passionate about reaching out to Gen Z and Millennials in Southern Europe, and will talk about the This is Real Talk program, one of TWR’s initiatives to reach out to youth in Europe through social media.

  • Youth in Syria have spent more than half their lives amid war and social breakdown.
  • Young people long to be heard and taken seriously, and this is even more critical for youth in Syria.
  • Many young people believe that being a Christian is all about acting “religious.”
  • Eighty-two percent of European millennials are completely disconnected from churches and other religious organizations. They go online to find answers to their questions.
