It's winter in Maine! Head to Sunday River and visit the Mountain Room apres ski for a snack of foie gras toast with roasted apple, quince and smoked nut gremolata. All that cold air works up an appetite!

Bethel's Steam Mill Brewing makes small batch craft beers. Check out one of their offerings on draft, and pick up some Hoppy to Help IPA in cans to-go. It raises money for The River Fund Maine's programs, dedicated to helping kids "learn how to lead, follow and work as an effective team" and prepping them for future success.
