Hi <<First Name>>!

When I talk to people about Who Knows One?, I will often get the question, "Is this really what you do for a living?", to which I shrug sheepishly and say, yeah, it really is.

If you don't know, prior to doing the show I was head of social media for the sports bar chain Buffalo Wild Wings, and when I got laid off from there early in the pandemic and started doing the show, I quickly realized this was way more satisfying than getting yelled at about overpriced chicken wings all day.

How does it work, they then ask? So I thought I'd share that today, because to get to keep doing this is a privilege, and also because you may not know all the things we're currently working on that could be a fit for your own community or someone you know.

Who Knows One? In-Person

The new in-person show is really fun and interactive, and a different experience than the virtual show you're used to. It's a great way to reinforce community spirit and show how we are all connected to each other no matter how we identify as Jews. Check out some of our upcoming dates:

Feb. 10: The Milky Way, Los Angeles, CA (tickets available!)
Mar. 5: Tifereth Israel Congregation, Washington, DC
Mar. 17: Wise Temple, Cincinnati, OH
Mar. 31: Touro Synagogue, New Orleans, LA
May 2: 92Y, New York City

We're exploring opportunities to do even more, so if you're interested in bringing Who Knows One? to your community, reach out to us at info@whoknows1.com and let's talk!

Virtual Who Knows One?

This is the staple show you've seen throughout the pandemic. It continues to be a great way to bring people together, especially if it's for a geographically-dispersed group that can't be together in person even in the best of times. Unfortunately, we're all suffering from canceled plans again right now. If you are currently unable to do in-person events because of the surge, we'd be happy to try to help you bridge the gap.

Who Knows One? Workshops

I've been to a lot of workshops in my professional journey, and some of them were even good! During the ones that weren't I typically spent the bulk of my time daydreaming about how I'd do it differently, and I'm happy to say I'm offering several different workshops for professional development. The general topics we cover:
  • Content/Content Marketing
  • Creative Problem Solving
  • Building a Collaborative Culture
We've recently done workshops for USY, Diller Teens, J-PRO, and more, and would be happy to do something for you, just let us know

Summer Camp Programming

Summer camp is in the DNA of pretty much everything we do at Who Knows One?, and we're continuing to build out programs for camps for the coming summer. Simply put, we would LOVE to visit your camp this summer to do live programming. We've also created a version of the 365 Things To Remind You of Camp calendar specifically for current camp-goers called the 10-for-2 calendar, which we're looking to partner with summer camps to create for their communities. If you think this would be a fit for your camp, reach out to us, we'd love to talk.
As you can see, there's lots cooking in the Who Knows One? laboratory. If there's anything we can do for you, please reach out.

Don't waste a minute!
Micah
