“You’re like a prophet!”
That’s how someone described me in a recent interview.
I never thought about myself like that, but I suppose I am.
Most people think of a prophet as a fortune teller.
The reality is different.
Biblically speaking, a prophet calls out the problematic and has a clear sight of the outcome.
It’s a robust intervention for their own good… a call to redemption and a profitable future!
The prophet courageously points out specifically, what is problematic and where it will lead.
Then shares what to do or how to reach a better outcome instead.
So, I suppose my experience would indeed qualify me as a boardroom prophet.
As CEO of the Year in 2018, an MBA Masterclass Leader and having been graciously touted as the UK’s top corporate turnaround specialist for the last 7 years, I’ve been privileged to lead or learn from the transformation of over 200 International companies.
That means I also know something about profit and the rare art of creating cash.
I understand financials, strategy, business models and have the hard skills and the engineering background, and network to know what makes a business tick and how to fix it.
Profit ✅
My own resume as a CEO of many of my own companies, family man, and faith leader has also given me the soft skills to understand the human element of business.
Prophet ✅.
Put the two together and I have a unique understanding of what nearest businesses need… something I like to refer to as prophetability.

Our focus is UK and US listed companies because they are the bedrock of the Global economy and form the platform on which the SME’s rely.
