RUNNING MAN



To help keep his body and mind in check this January, Dave has decided to undertake the 496 Challenge, which is the brainchild of endurance adventurer Sean Conway.

The idea is to run a KM for each day of the month e.g. 1st Jan - 1km, 2nd Jan - 2km, 3rd Jan - 3km etc… this will total 496km after 31 days of running

He is currently 26 days into this ridiculous challenge and has ran 355km since the beginning of the year
