Kilgobbin Mushroom Foray

The Dargle Conservancy have invited mushroom expert, Jon Mac Gillivray to come out to the Kilgobbin Forest to do another of his excellent mushroom forays! Safely learn more about the fascinating world of mushrooms and fungi. A highly recommended event not to be missed! Bring your camera with for some excellent photo opportunities.

Phinda Button Spider Talk

The Dargle Conservancy has re-invited Clinton Dean Wright to come and give us his presentation on the "recent discovery" (which was cancelled just before lockdown in 2021!) of this stunning little spider. An event not to be missed.
Clinton completed a BSc (Hons) in Wildlife Management at the University of Pretoria.
R130 for the talk and a tasty meal afterwards: Chicken in a tomato and olive sauce and/or beef lasagne with a passion cheesecake for dessert.

Problem Plants and Alien Weeds Talk

Tanglewood Country Hotel, Dargle
Briza Publications author, Clive Bromilow, shall come and speak at Tanglewood Hotel. Clive holds a degree in applied biology with a major in ecology. He has been involved in the agricultural chemical industry for over 30 years and this has lead to a life-long interest in plants and weeds.
R150 for the talk and enjoy a hearty meal afterwards which includes a main and a dessert.
