U.S. Department of Education holding webinars about school-based testing programs
The U.S. Department of Education will host webinars to help schools and districts start or strengthen their school-based COVID-19 testing program, with participants including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The Rockefeller Foundation, and others.
This will be an opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from technical experts and school and district leaders who are regularly testing, including around:
- Why is testing in schools important?
- What should I know before I start?
- What are some resources that can help me get started?
- What is Test to Stay and how are other schools doing it?
The webinars are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 21; Friday, Jan. 28; and Friday, Feb. 4. A Q&A session will be held for 20 minutes afterward for those with additional questions.
Register for the webinars here.
