Introduction to Voice of the Child

Giving children an opportunity to share their voice is clearly mandated in our legislation. As family professionals, it is vital to be able to explain the Voice of the Child to parents. This online webinar is an Introduction to the Voice of the Child, how to present it to parents, and how parents may obtain this to assist them with settlement. Brief exploration of the service variations for the Voice of the Child including Voice of the Child Reports, Child-Inclusive Mediation, Child-Protection Mediation, Parenting Coordination, Therapy, and the Children’s Lawyer. Learn how to make the distinction and how to assist families in deciding how to proceed.

Learn How to Complete Voice of the Child (Reports)

Learn how to introduce the Voice of the Child to separating parents who need a parenting plan, consider readiness and appropriateness, interview children skillfully and mindfully, and learn to provide feedback to the parents. If the parents need a Judge to determine the outcome, the parents may submit Voice of the Child Report to the court. All in one training: materials and forms included. Formation médiation familiale : Aliénation parentale

Cette formation approfondie en médiation familiale unique en français dans la Common Law au Canada abordera les principaux enjeux et défis dans un contexte d’aliénation parentale et permettra de perfectionner votre approche, d’acquérir des outils ainsi que des techniques et diverses stratégies afin de mieux gérer ces conflits.
