In this Community Conversation, The Impact of Religious Intolerance on Mental Health, you will learn about the harm and trauma caused by religious intolerance, hate behavior, and xenophobia. Our multicultural panel of eminent mental health and religious leaders will discuss historical and current factors that influence belief systems and perpetuate acts of violence, and share ways to promote space for compassion and honoring differences. Panelists will provide evidence-based strategies on how to identify offense, practice self reflection, re-imagine new ways of belonging and strengthen patterns of healthy community relationships.
