CPF is partnered with Centerstone TN and the Tennessee Department of Health to offer pediatric practices a variety of resources related to suicide prevention and mental health.
As part of the program, we are offering practices QPRsuicide prevention trainings for staff (providers, nursing, or office staff - we'll bring you lunch!) and custom-made handouts and patient education materials.
