The Board of Directors Election is Underway!

According to the AAFCS Policies (July 2021) the composition of the Leadership Council is below and they vote on the Board of Directors candidates.

•    Each Affiliate's President and President-Elect or their designees
•    Three officers of the Assembly of Higher Education or their designees
•    Three officers of the Student Unit or their designees
•    Three officers of the Past Presidents Unit or heir designees
•    AAFCS Board of Directors

A very special note of appreciation to Anne Pitts for serving as chair of the Nominating Committee and to committee members LaToya Johnson, Gregg McCullough, Cindy Miller and Hannah Upole for their important role in the election process. The committee has identified  three candidates that appear on the ballot for the two Director-at-Large positions for the term 2022 – 2025.

As a member, you can engage in the process by reviewing the candidate materials and then contacting your Affiliate Representatives on the Leadership Council to share your thoughts/feedback.
Click on the candidate's name to review their leadership statement, resume and view their video in your MYAAFCS account.
Voting will close on Monday, January 31.

Respectfully,

Robert Van Dyke, CFCS, AAFCS President
Nancy Bock, AAFCS Executive Director
