1. Get aquainted with your class materials
2. Organize in ways that work for you: weekly & daily planners, phone calendar, post-it notes, etc. ** come to RYN wellness tuesday event on 01/25 for a purposeful time of organizing daily tasks, classes, and to-dos using weekly calendar, colorful pens, markers, & pencils!*
3. Set goals that are achievable within a week or two.
