Finally some good news!

Since the start of the pandemic I've been on a never ending mission to find new ways to showcase my work, since the series of lockdowns have prevented me from having art shows and attending festivals and my beloved Can*Con. In the last two years I've opened two online stores, become an amateur film maker in order to create digital exhibitions and I've even fallen into the cult of TikTok to maintain some semblance of an art community.

I don't want to sound completely ungrateful because these challenges have been great for my creative development and I've grown more as an artist in the last two years than I have in the last decade. However, the road hasn't been smooth and I've had to overcome a lot of self doubt and frustration in order to keep going. As if being a professional creative wasn't financially unstable enough without adding a global crises into the mix. I kept going because at the end of the day, no matter how hard it gets, this is what I'm here for.

Well, after many months of silence and rejections my work finally caught the eye of a curator at Loupe Art, an online gallery and streaming service. I am thrilled to announce that they liked my strange brand of surrealism and added me as one of their artists.

So let this be a source of hope that no matter how dark it gets, no matter how many obstacles you trip over on your path, with enough determination, persistence and even blind faith, you will find your way out of the woods eventually.

Until next time,
may the creative force be with you.
