We feel so fortunate to have Gong Avatar/wise and expansive teacher Manush in our community and on the MKY team. If you’ve studied with him or basked in his gong emanations, then you know how he holds space for us to mine our depths. If you haven’t, get to it! We will have a limited number of in-person spots and plenty of online openings.
If you are planning to join in person, sign up now before it sells out. We have a few requests for folks coming to the studio that will keep us in compliance with current Montclair guidelines. Please bring your own mat, blanket and/or cushion, and water. Kindly, wear a mask until you are set up on your mat and physically distanced from others. After you’re set up, the mask is optional. Finally, we ask that if you’re not feeling well that you stay home. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
