  • Bagels - plain or seeded. Sourdough and yeasted
  • Country Sourdough - full bodied sourdough combining wheat, wholemeal and rye flours
  • 100% Rye Sourdough - made with dark rye flour and the option of inclusions such as honey, black treacle and seeds (chia, sesame, poppy, sunflower)
  • Knotted Buns/ Babka - twisty chocolate hazelnut bread

Please order by 9pm Wednesday this week to allow me time to prepare.
Thank you to all those who ordered from me last week.

It was lovely to get feedback on last week's bakes - the orange almond cake is "the best I've ever had" and maltster "I love that bread". Do think about letting me know if you particularly enjoy a bake and equally if you feel something is not quite what you expected get in touch. I aim to bake a good quality product and provide a friendly service but if your experience isn't like this let me know and I will address this.


CHANGE TO BAKE DAY COMING UP
I will be attending a course in Bath, baking of course, on 26th and 27th January and will therefore be baking on the morning of Saturday 29th. More to follow about my course shortly.

I will be baking on Friday 4th February the following week due to am important family occasion.

Please remember that payment should be made at the time of placing your order - not on collection day or after you have collected for your order this adds additional admin time and confusion. 

Please use your unique order reference when making payment for your order so that it is clear to identify.

If you are receiving two copies of my newsletter each week this means you are on two different lists - please unsubscribe from one of these to ensure you don't get two messages. I will be working to clean up these lists over the next while.
