Newness of Life!
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17
This year our lives have been impacted by many heartbreaks and triumphs but our God is sovereignly working in and through all things to produce steadfastness and increase our faith.
We are experiencing a baby boom with families living in Korah and Chirkos. Our staff has counseled diligently with the women about the sanctity of life and the fact that their babies are fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God. Your faithful prayers uplift our staff and encourage our families to see life as precious and each day is a gift.
BTM is extremely grateful to have the opportunity to send our missionaries, Kevin and Kim Ellis, on a kingdom minded adventure in a new season of their lives. God has paved their way with counseling, financial support and hearts of surrender. Kevin and Kim have the privilege of serving the Lord by loving our orphan boys and sponsored families while using their gifts and talents to teach, nurture, and disciple.
God has blessed Abeni and Emma with a new life together. Be There Ministries is grateful to see the Lord grow our ministry through this couple. Together, they are a dynamic team, as they greet those in our ministry with compassion and hope. Their families had an opportunity to celebrate their union together in Addis Ababa mid-January.
On Toi’s last trip she delivered a photo of sweet Selam’s supporters. This photo represents a family’s call to impact an orphan’s life through monthly sponsorship. It’s truly a joy to see the beneficiary’s face when they receive pictures, letters, and blessings from their U.S. supporters. Send us a message through email or your sponsorship portal and we will pass on your encouragement.
