Hey Everyone,
We did end up having to switch the squash to celeriac. I have all your need to know info below but please don't hesitate to ask questions. This is a less known vegetable that I like to call "when a parsnip and a celery had a baby one day" veggie. Haha. I am going to try and find squash again next week from a couple other farms but it isn't looking promising. Some years are better than others! Thanks,
