Businesses can now apply for the COVID-19 Closure Relief Grant, a new program the Province has fast-tracked to support B.C. businesses ordered to temporarily close their doors due to recent public-health measures.

We pass along our condolences to the family of Jane Bowers, our own Sunshine Coast dog whisperer. Jane was an accredited dog trainer and owner at Dogs of Distinction. Her love and kindness touched the lives of many dogs and their guardians through fostering and training. She will be missed by the community. A tribute from her sisters can be found below. 

Pender Harbour + District Chamber of Commerce AGM

The Pender Harbour & Egmont Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, January 26th @ Noon via Zoom and EVERYONE IS INVITED.

New directors are always welcomed to help better serve our Pender Harbour and Egmont communities.

Many decisions are made at these board meetings, as there is always something that needs attention and funding - such as the Madeira Park Visitor Information Centre, the public washrooms, the highway and billboard signage, etc.
