A new year is the perfect time to push the reset button, to decide to do things differently, to set better goals and achieve them, to pause more often and take a breath. It is a time to take care of ourselves and our wellness.

In our workshops we’ll explore just that!

Qigong, Creativity & Oneness

After lunch we will have three break out sessions

Firstly, we will experience healing and mindfulness through the ancient practice of Qigong.

Secondly, tapping into our creative side and letting go through painting, and perhaps discover a hidden talent.

Lastly, we will connect with others and ourselves, to discover how similar we all really are.
