"The distinction between an intention and resolution is small but important... [intentions, these] softer, often unmeasurable objectives associated with soft skills are just as important, or more, for 2022."

Happy New Year, <<First Name>>,
2021 was quite a year, with all of its challenges and changes, it offered us many opportunities for growth! Here at the Foundation for Family and Community Healing, we have every intention to continue that growth and make the best of all that 2022 has to offer, whatever that may be. We hope you will join us on that ongoing journey. We have so many wonderful things in the works for the coming months, exciting partnerships, and many opportunities to share the FFCH mission and vision with the wider community. Educational Modules

All of our beautiful, interactive modules are available 24/7 to anyone with a smartphone, tablet, or internet browser!

In honor of all this new year has to offer, start your journey into one of our modules! Our reflective learning model allows you to dive deep and explore what habits are serving you, as well as what habits are causing harm to ourselves, our relationships, and Earth.

All of our modules are beautifully versatile. Individuals may take them on their own, together in small or large groups, in-person or online, and across generations if desired.  Our growing slate of basic skill modules, offered with sliding scale* tuition, currently include Relationship Wellbeing (Youth or Adult), Happiness 101, Navigating Anxiety, Implementing a Zero Waste Lifestyle, and Consciously Creating Wellness.

If you have been considering taking a module, but just haven't been able to decide which one, try one of our sample lessons and/or take our quiz today! There are a number of sample lessons live, right now on the website. Try one out today to find which module calls to you!

*This means that you pay what you can, with the goal of making each module accessible to everyone. Those who are able to pay more subsidize those who may need to pay less or nothing at all.

MODULE FACILITATION

Though our basic relationship skill modules are self-guiding and self-facilitating, we recognize that some would rather have some additional guidance.  Therefore, we’ve added a facilitation program, where FFCH walks your group through the module of your choice! Contact Shakim@familyandcommunityhealing.org to learn more.
