NEW YEAR, NEW EXCITING EXPERIENCES AT VINIA!
 
While 2021 was challenging for all of us, we were happy to end the year with a sold-out December! The success and positive response to Fabio's Table, our new multi-course wine pairing dinner experience was such a highlight! 

Thank you to everyone who joined us to enjoy our VINIA Way of Life. Whether it was Fabio's Table, Live Music Night, VINIA Favorites 3-Course Wine Pairing Menu or simply to sip wine at the bar. We appreciate you and can't wait to share more great food, wine, music, and memorable experiences in 2022!

 
NEW FABIO'S TABLE EVERY MONTH!
VINIA Fabio's Table Mediterranean Pasta
Fabio's Table was such a success that we plan to host Fabio's Table with a different themed menu on select nights every month.

January Fabio's Table is on Friday 1/21 and Saturday 1/22 with a Mediterranean-inspired menu showcasing the bright and clean flavors found in the Island of Sardinia, Greek Isles and coastal destinations throughout the Mediterranean paired with unique boutique wines from these regions. It's the perfect way to start the new year right!

Pictured above is one of the courses for January's menu: "Pasta Aberta Com Feta E Peras", an open pasta filled with Feta Cream, Caramelized Bosc Pears & Green Consomé. The Plant-Based option features the same presentation with an egg-free pasta and veggie "cream." The dish is paired with Agiorgitiko, Gal'a, an elegant and delicate surprise from Nemea, Greece.

February Fabio’s Table theme is “Love, Wine, & Food” A seductive menu celebrating Valentine’s Day every Saturday of the month! 

Unlike traditional chef’s tables and wine dinners, you have the option to choose a traditional or plant-based menu at the time of booking, and reservations are seated at their own private table with a choice from set seating times.

Make reservations now as seating is very limited due to our intimate environment. You don't want to miss it!

NEW LIVE MUSIC WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS!
Starting Wednesday, January 12th we will be hosting LIVE MUSIC WEDNESDAYS in addition to LIVE MUSIC THURSDAYS. Come enjoy bossa nova and sultry Spanish & Latin sounds every Wednesday, and jazz, folk, and blues every Thursday from 7pm - 9pm.
