Dear Families,
You are receiving this newsletter because your student applied to study abroad and listed you as their emergency contact. We believe families are an important part of the study abroad experience, and our goal is to help you understand the study abroad process so that you can best support your student.
You can expect to receive a newsletter from SCU Study Abroad once a month from January - May about your student's current phase of the study abroad process, with additional announcements in between, as needed.
Have questions?
Please feel free to contact our team or encourage your student to connect with us through email at studyabroad@scu.edu. Email is often the best way to reach our advisors initially, especially if we need to follow-up with other campus departments at SCU or program providers and host institutions abroad (which can mean communicating across different time zones) before we can answer your question. We also have a Live Chat feature and various advising opportunities on the Advising section of our website at www.scu.edu/studyabroad.
