Monthly Board Meeting
Our next meeting will be held, Thursday, January 20th, at 7pm in the community clubhouse. The agenda is posted 5-6 days prior to the meeting on the website under Documents/Meeting Information. Residents are welcome to attend the meeting to hear items of discussion or to speak during the Open Forum. (Please see the posted agenda for details.) Approved meeting minutes are posted after the meeting in which they are approved (typically 35-40 days after the meeting).
Residents who desire to discuss specifics of their property (such as outstanding balances or violation notices they have received) should make a request, prior to the meeting date, asking to address the board privately during the executive session.
