Proposed bylaw change:
The bylaws committee proposes changing Article V, Section C of the Wisconsin Arabian Horse Association (WAHA) bylaws. The proposed change was also approved by a majority vote of the WAHA Board of Directors. The purpose of the change is as follows: The existing bylaw was enacted when the membership of the Wisconsin Arabian Horse Association was substantially larger than it is today. With today's membership numbers, it has been very challenging at times to fill the committee each year. The proposed change would adjust the size of the Election Committee while maintaining adequate representation of the membership.
