We have welcomed a couple of new staff members recently and wanted to introduce them to you as well as you may see them around campus. Joining our STEP team is Meagan Pronozuk and Cora Scholz. Welcome to the Faith Family!

All are welcome to give input and get involved in the planning of this year's auction fundraiser. We will meet on Thursday, January 20 at 3:30 pm in the lounge. Childcare will be provided. Please reach out to Hayley (hcarbone@faith-christian.org) and let her know you are coming so we know how many people we will need for childcare.

Next week we will celebrate National School Choice Week and the ability we have in Arizona to make choices for our children's education. Here are some ways we would love for you to participate.
1. Make a brief video sharing why you love Faith and why it is important for parents to be able to choose their school. Please send your videos to Hayley (hcarbone@faith-christian.org) We would also encourage you to post that video to your own social media and tag our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/faithchristianschool).
2. Look forward to a selfie/video scavenger hunt we are putting together to celebrate School Choice Week. There will be a prize for the student/family that earns the most points.

Next Thursday is our All-School Picnic! Students will be given an extended lunch time to have a picnic and play games together on the field. All students need to bring a lunch that does not require preparation or order a hot lunch through Family Portal. Students are also encouraged to bring a picnic blanket for seating on the field (please put your child's name on it). We are going to take an all-school photo and would like everyone to wear their black "There is One" theme tee. We look forward to some great fellowship and community-building together as a K-12 student body!

The next physical gift card order will be placed tonight, Tuesday, Jan. 18th. Orders placed by 7pm this evening at www.shopwithscrip.com using enrollment code 48A9697251L6 will be received by Friday, Jan. 21st. Using gift cards for your everyday purchases supports our school and allows you to earn rebates toward your tuition and fees. We are seeking $50 sponsorships for the 35 jerseys needed for our boys' basketball team. You can submit your sponsorship in the office or at www.faith-christian.org/basketball. We really appreciate your help in getting the team ready for their new season!

Tickets are now on sale for our upcoming production of Seussical the Musical taking place on January 28th and 29th. There are a limited number of seats available for each showing, so be sure to reserve yours soon. Head to www.faith-christian.org/musical and fill out the form to reserve your seats. Payment can be made after that using the PayPal button on the site or by paying in the office.
Tickets are $7/student and $12/adult.

All costumes must be brought to school by this Friday, January 21st. Parents should refer to Mrs. Balatgek's email for their child's costume needs and reach out to her with costume questions.
