The Amesbury Poet Laureate Committee presents:

Annie & Ted Deppe
reading selected works

The reading will be followed by an open mic. 

Annie Deppe is the author of Sitting in the Sky (2003) and Wren Cantata (2009), both published in Ireland by Summer Palace Press and her third collection, Night Collage (2021) also published in Ireland with Arlen House. Her work has appeared in Poetry Ireland Review, The Stinging Fly, Sojourners, and The Forward Book of Poetry 2004. 

Ted Deppe's poetry collections include the chapbook Necessary Journeys (1988) and the full-length collections Liminal Blue (2017), Orpheus on the Red Line (2009), Cape Clear: New & Selected Poems (2002), The Wanderer King (1996), and Children of the Air (1990). Deppe has received a Pushcart Prize and fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Both born in the States, Ted and Annie Deppe have lived on the coast of Connemara in Ireland since 2000.
