Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that I now offer TMS for OCD, which received FDA approval in 2018.

OCD can be a disabling, intractable illness and it does not always respond to medications. If you have a patient who is suffering and is not responding to medications or doesn't like the side effects, please consider a TMS consult.
Refer a Patient (form)
One of the best things about TMS (besides its high response rate and minimal side effects), is that it is covered by insurance! I am currently in network or pending with the following panels (for TMS only, not med management):
  • Cigna
  • United Behavioral Health (includes UHC, Oxford, Optum)
  • Aetna (pending)
  • Beacon Health Options (behavioral health for GHI/Emblem)
(I do not intend to join the Anthem/Empire/BCBS network but they have been consistently open to negotiating Single Case Agreements for TMS that allow your patient to be covered as if I were in-network.)

Although OCD is not currently routinely covered by insurance, we will attempt to make a case with the insurance company and offer financing options if we are unable to do so.

Please feel free to reach out if you want to discuss whether your client could be a good fit for this treatment, or chat about the treatment in general. Hope to connect soon!
