This week, the worlds of fashion and entertainment collided in more ways than one.
Following the successful launch of her new album, 30, Adele released the video for her second single, Oh My God. Styled by celebrity stylist Jamie Mizrahi, who opted for an Old Hollywood-inspired look, Adele’s wardrobe included a Louis Vuitton brocade dress, a white custom Vivienne Westwood gown and a polka dot pussybow two-piece by Harris Reed that sent our fashion pulses racing.
And if it wasn't enough to satisfy your sartorial appetite, Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons took fashion lovers on a trip to Milan to unveil Prada’s Fall/Winter 2022 menswear collection. Held at the Deposito of the Fondazione Prada, the star-studded presentation featured Hollywood stars such as show opener and Twin Peaks actor Kyle MacLachlan, Game of Thrones’ Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Enola Holmes’ Louis Partridge, and Prada-afficionado Jeff Goldblum, who closed the show.

Over the past couple of weeks, searches for leather crop tops (+31%) and black gloves (+40%) - similar to the ones worn by Fox - have both increased. Meanwhile, searches for Diesel are up 53% following her alleged date with Kanye West.

With the Australian Open in full swing, global searches for tennis pieces are rising. Tennis skirts by Nike and Alo Yoga are amongst the most popular pieces in shoppers’ wishlists — searches for the term “tennis skirt” are up 20% week-on-week. Tennis trainers are also high in demand: searches are up 14% week-on-week.

CROCHET BUCKET HATS
Thanks to celebrities such as Dua Lipa, Bella Hadid and Jonah Hill, the crochet bucket hat trend continues. Over the past two weeks, searches for crochet headwear have increased 28%, with styles by Fendi, Stüssy, Camp High and Free People particularly high on fashion lovers’ wishlists.

COUNTRYSIDE INSPIRED
Country style is trending. Over the past three weeks, there has been a 36% rise in searches for fringed pieces, with boots and jackets being especially popular. Meanwhile, page views for flannel shirts and puffer vests have increased by 22% and 18% respectively.
