Hey Peakview families! I hope you are all settled back into your routine following the winter break!
A couple of weeks ago I sent out an email with some exciting upcoming events. Today, I'm writing to share some updates to those events.
First, due to the recent surge in COVID, we've been asked to hold off on the private skate night, which was scheduled for this Thursday, Jan. 20th. To help prevent the spread of COVID, we will NOT be holding that private skate night on the 20th. However, at this time, we are still planning to move forward with the private skate night on Tuesday, March 22nd from 6-8pm at Skate City Aurora.
At our recent PTO meeting, it was also decided to postpone the Party at Peakview which was scheduled on Friday, Feb. 11th. At this time, we are looking at Friday, March 11th and look forward to celebrating before sending our students off for Spring Break. Please save the date!
I also want to give you a quick reminder on this month's Family Fun Night. On Tuesday, January 25th the delicious and generous MOD Pizza (23890 Smoky Hill Rd.) is donating back 20% of Takeout, Delivery & Pick up orders to support Peakview Elementary PTO! On behalf of PTO, you’re invited to join us and eat out, not only in support of the organization, but to show one of your Aurora restaurants some love, too!
