The committee has been advised that a member who was present at sailing on Sunday 16 January has tested positive today (Wednesday 19 Jan) for COVID-19.
This person thinks they may have been exposed to the virus the Friday prior to attending the club, so they may have been infected on Sunday. Members at the club who had most contact with the positive person (Social Contacts) have been advised directly.
All members are encouraged to follow advice on the covidvirus.tas.gov.au website which, is to monitor for symptoms and get a test and isolate if symptoms develop.
