Choosing a healthy recipe or adapting a family favourite meal to a healthy meal can be achieved with some simple strategies e,g. make room for vegetables, healthy cooking methods (not fat or fried) and select the right ingredients.

$30 included postal. This money goes towards funding to support deaf people undertaking cooking courses in 2023.

Please check your NDIS plan to see if you have included “Deaf Chef Ross” or similar to these:

  • Improve my diet with healthy food

  • Improve my cooking skills

  • Develop a meals plan

  • Improve my eating habits (eat less of the wrong foods and more of the right foods)

  • Understand which foods and drinks are healthy and not healthy

If it is not in your plan, you can ask your LAC, NDIS Coordinator or Case Manager to approve it for you. When you complete a Client Information form, it will go to them automatically.

Looking for a cameraperson (fluent in Auslan is a must) with experience to film cooking shows in Seaford, Victoria on Fridays.

We have all of the equipment. Just you and your skills. Pay is negotiable.
